• In accordance with internal legislation, the Office of Mexico carries out its examination. The foregoing process takes from 12 to 18 months. In the event that the Office of Mexico agrees to protect the trademark, it informs the WIPO of a positive decision and the WIPO officially notifies you of successful registration in Mexico.

Registration of trademark in Mexico is valid for 10 years. And it can be subsequently renewed.
