The Law on Controlled Foreign Companies will be finalized by the Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation will soon finalize and make some amendments to the Law on the CFC

The additional tax of 3 billion rubles was paid by offshore companies, which were withdrawn by the Ministry of Finance in 2016.

Alexei Sazonov, the director of the department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, states that monitoring of company revenues, in order to identify tax evading organizations, will become stronger.

At the autumn session, the State Board will work to eliminate and correct inaccuracies regarding the law on the CFC.
