Now, the investors can be exempted from dividend tax, property tax and can also rely upon accelerated depreciation for the next two years. This special tax regime can also be applied by the investors who invest 30 million units of tax value in production or commerce. For investments in the aviation industry, the tax regime can be applied to the investors who will invest 2 million units of tax value.

In addition, the company in which the funds are invested must create at least 400 jobs (250 are enough for the technical sector or e-commerce). The investor may invest funds and open new jobs over the next 5 years. All necessary contracts must be signed no later than January 1, 2024.
